Siemens Tek Transmitter is used to make devices without Bluetooth functionality (such as most TV’s, hifi’s etc, (actually most analogue audio sources can make use of the Tek Transmitter) compatible to miniTek and easyTek streamers.
Tek Transmitter sends the audio from your chosen source wirelessly straight into your miniTek or easyTek and wirelessly straight into your ears, resulting in great audio!
Simens miniTek ships with one Tek Transmitter, easyTek without one, so purchase this product if you want to use a Tek Transmitter with your Siemens easyTek, or you want an additional Tek Transmitter for use with your Siemens miniTek.
Note: For Siemens miniTek, the Tek Transmitter will need to be paired to your Siemens hearing aids and miniTek for it to work. You will need to arrange for this locally (you may be charged a fee for this service). Please note NHS Siemens hearing aids are locked and have to be paired by NHS personnel. However if you are wearing Siemens Binax hearing aids with an easyTek you do not need the help of a hearing aid audiologist, pairing can be done easily by yourself. Obviously you need to already have a miniTek or easyTek to make use of the Tek Transmitter, if you don’t have one you need to buy one of those devices too.
