Phonak Virto Q70 Hearing Aids
The Virto Q70 is one of Phonak's range of ITE (In the Ear) hearing aids from Phonak. It has now been replaced by the Phonak Virto V70 which you can read about here. It comes in four different models, ITE (In the Ear), ITC (In the Canal) and CIC (Completely in Canal) and IIC (Invisible in Canal) The IIC is also referred to as the Virto Q Nano. You can take a look at the full range of Phonak hearing aids here
The Virto Q is available at three different levels of technology with the Q70 being the mid-level of the three. It is still an excellent hearing aid but does have fewer features than the Q90. The Virto Q70 still has a number of different colour options to choose from
The Quest technology enabled Phonak to not only improve their key features but also add some new ones.
Binaural VoiceStream is a new feature that means your hearing aids can now communicate with each other and share information. This ensures you always receive the clearest signal. This technology has also led to the introduction of the Acclimatisation Manager which can automatically identify different listening environments and adjust your amplification levels to maintain quality and clarity.
16 Channels
Each channel processes a different number of frequencies so the hearing aids can be tuned specifically for your individual hearing needs
Soundrecover
Improves the audibility of higher frequency sounds to make your hearing clearer
Ultrazoom
This uses binaural microphone technology to improve both speech capture and noise cancellation
Soundflow
Soundflow can detect even the slightest change in your listening environment and smoothly adapt the hearing aid to retain listening comfort.
Soundrelax
Soundrelax is designed to make sudden unexpected loud noises softer to retain a comfortable listening experience
Whistleblock, Noiseblock and Windblock
These features keep out sounds like feedback and background noise to ensure speech sounds remain as clear as possible.
Acoustically Optimised Vent (AOV)
The AOV design reduces occlusion which is that ‘blocked up' feeling and keeps the sound natural.
Many of the models in this range are compatible with Phonak's wireless accessories. This allows your hearing aids to be connected to devices such as your television or phone
